RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
If you would like to create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and you have an existing account, you can sign in and easily create one under the Orders section. If you do not have an existing account, you can follow the instructions below.
Please enter the e-mail used for the order. You will be e-mailed further instructions and a link to a returns page specific to your order to assist you in the process.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Returns and exchanges are ONLY accepted within 15 days of the packages' delivery date. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS RETURNED MORE THAN 15 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE.
- Refunds for items returned within this 15 day time period will be credited back to the credit card that was used at purchase. If the credit card used at is no longer valid, the customer will be issued a store credit for the items returned.
- Because ViX Paula Hermanny does not provide shipping labels for returns, it is the responsibility of the customer to track their returned parcel back to the ViX Headquarters and receive confirmation of its delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed and 7-10 business days for exchanges to be processed upon receipt.
- All original tags and sanitary liners must still be intact and untampered with upon receipt.
- NO GARMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE IF PREVIOUSLY WORN, SOILED, LAUNDERED OR DAMAGED - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. In the case that a garment is not accepted for return and/or exchange, the garment set will be sent back to the customer at customers' expense and V i X Paula Hermanny will have the right to charge a $25.00 return fee.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS FOUND IN THE LAST CHANCE SECTION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. If a final sale item is returned with authorization, the package will be refused and shipped back at the customers' expense.
- Any customer returning or exchanging excessive amounts of merchandise throughout multiple transactions will be removed from the ViX Paula Hermanny customer list and will no longer be able to order online through ViXPaulaHermanny.com.
- In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing defect, each case will be handled on an individual basis.
FOR ANY ITEM(S) PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTIONAL SALE IN WHICH A COUPON CODE IS APPLIED AT CHECKOUT, THE ITEM(S) ARE ONLY TO BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED - NO EXCEPTIONS. If a refund is requested on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) upon receipt of a return, you will be contacted by email and/or phone by a customer service representative informing you that your request has been denied.
TO CREATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS BELOW:
*Note: Please be advised that all stock availability is limited. To ensure an item(s) availability and to expedite the exchange process, we recommend returning the original purchase for refund and repurchase the requested item(s) online immediately.
- Enter your email.
- Please check your email for further instructions (if you do not see this in your inbox, check your spam).
- Go to the link in your email inbox.
- Select the order from which you are returning.
- Select items and reason you would like to return.
- If you would like to make an exchange, please use the notes section to write the item style number and the size that you would like to exchange your original merchandise for. Note – exchanges are processed like new orders. Once we receive your exchange, we first credit you back for your returned merchandise, and then we create a new order with what you would like to exchange the original merchandise with. For security reasons, we do not keep your Credit Card information on file and will need to get it from you again to place the exchange order. If you are in a rush to receive your exchange suit, and if you want to ensure that your size will still be available, we suggest that you personally make a new order and just return the items you do not want separately.
- Once RMA is submitted please print out the form and enclose with your items ( Please note that you are not required to enclose the RMA, but doing so will speed the return/ exchange process). If you choose to not include the RMA form in the package, please include a copy of the original invoice or a note with the original order number.
- Once your return is processed, you will be notified by email.

Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a refund or replacement. ViX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not reach our facility.
