Destino Brasil - Parque Lage

Parque Lage or Parque Enrique Lage is a landmark park of Rio de Janeiro, located in the affluent neighborhood of Jardim Botânico. The park is just north of Ipanema and Leblon, and situated at the base of the Corcovado. In the 1920’s, this former residential mansion was remodeled in Italian architectural style and was made a public park in the 60’s.

Destino Brasil – Niterói Contemporary Art Museum

A highly recognizable fixture of Rio de Janeiro’s infamous cityscape, the Niterói Contemporary Art Museum (Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Niterói — MAC) is an imposing structure of modern architecture. Designed and engineered by Oscar Niemeyer and Bruno Contarini, the saucer-like building boasts a wondrous panoramic view, as well as art exhibitions and an outdoor reflecting pool.
