We can accommodate returns and exchanges of merchandise for United States customers. To receive a full refund or to make an exchange please return the merchandise within 15 business days of receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges from our Internationally based customers. Please be mindful of this while checking out on our V i X Paula Hermanny international website.
At ViX we pay rigorous attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace the item or issue a full credit at our expense.
Naturally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of previously worn, soiled, laundered or damaged merchandise. Depending upon the extent of handling required on our part, we may need to impose a $25 handling fee for these types of non-compliant returns.
In order to receive proper credit for your return, please be sure all original tags and sanitary liners are still affixed/attached to the garment(s). Please allow 5-7 business days for returns, and 7-10 business days for exchanges to be processed upon receipt.
All U.S. returns and exchanges using the FedEx return label provided will have $9.00 withheld from their refunded amount for shipping & handling. Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package at a FedEx Authorized Ship Center. Visit FedEx.com for locations. Please note, to use our prepaid FedEx labels, shipments must be sent from the United States. International customers - please contact email@example.com if you have any questions regarding your order, but we do not accept returns for our Internationally shipped orders.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned items, less the shipping & handling, and if it is within the 15 day timeframe.
Sale items cannot be returned. Items purchased with a Promotional Coupon Code are also final sale. They may not be returned for full credit. Please be mindful of this policy when purchasing sale items and using a Promotional Coupon Code.
After creating your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), we suggest you take note of your FedEx Return Label Tracking Number.
STEPS FOR RETURNING (U.S. Orders Only)
- If you would like to create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and you have an existing account, you can sign in and easily create one under the Orders section.
- Otherwise, follow instructions on packing slip, received with order.
- Place item in provided shipping packaging & utilize the FedEx Easy Return label – Please take note of your Return Label Tracking#
- Once V i X receives shipment, processing may take up to 10 business days to complete. Your funds will appear in your account once the item(s) is processed.
STEPS FOR EXCHANGING (U.S. Orders Only)
- Follow the above steps for Returns, only on your RMA – please note the item(s) you would like exchanged and the correct size.
- Please note that there will be a $9.00 shipping charge applied to all exchanges.
- Please be advised that all stock availability is limited. You will be contacted if your exchanged item is unavailable.
- Credit card information is required in order to complete an exchange. If you prefer, you may call with your credit card information once your RMA is processed.
