Winter weather has created hazardous conditions across the U.S. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our team members, as well as providing the highest level of service to our customers. Delays are possible for FedEx pickups and deliveries across the U.S. at this time. Scanning and tracking information may also be delayed. These potential service disruptions may result in different levels of impact depending on geographic area. Shipments may be impacted even if the origin or destination is not directly impacted by weather due to the transit flows of shipments through our network and the vast weather impacts across the country.
Orders are processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped within two business days. If you have any questions feel free to contact our customer service team.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- FedEx Express 2-Day: Orders ship Monday - Friday. Allow for processing times. Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days once the package departs our warehouse. Please note: Service delays can occur due to weather or other disruptions.
- FedEx Overnight: Orders will be delivered the next business day if your order is placed before 12 PM PST Monday through Friday.
Due to the high volume of orders and COVID, delays are expected.
Processing times can take up to 3 business days. Once shipped, your order will be delivered in 2 business days. The estimated time that can be expected to receive your package can be up to one week.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- UPS Express: You will receive your order typically in 2-4 Business days.
- UPS Expedited: You will receive your order typically between 2-5 Business Days.
- UPS Saver: You will receive your order typically between 3-5 Business Days.
- UPS Standard: You will receive your order typically between 3-6 Business days.
- UPS Ground: You will receive your order typically between 3-7 Business days.
International orders are subject to regional duties & taxes that will be applied at time of checkout.

- Free FedEx Express shipping will be applied to your order automatically at checkout.
- FedEx ships Monday – Friday, so all orders received on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
- For security reasons, ViX online purchases over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FedEx.

- To expedite the process of receiving the right size or color we recommend placing a second order.

To submit a return, go to our Return Portal.
- Merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a refund.
- ALL ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE
- All returns received after 30 days will be credited to a gift card.
- All U.S. returns using the FedEx return label provided will have $9.00 withheld from their refunded amount for shipping & handling.
- Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package following the instructions on your packing list. Drop it off at any FedEx Authorized Ship Center.
- Once we receive the return, processing may take up to 10 business days to complete.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Your refund will appear in your account once the item(s) is processed. It may take 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed, have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Final Sale and warehouse sale items may not be returned.
- ViX monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records. You will be responsible for taxes and duties.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
- Please contact customer service with any questions you have about shipping or returns.
Please add promotional codes in the shopping bag, before checking out. Please adhere to promotional rules, as they change per promotion and region. Only one promotional code may be applied per order.
ViX is required by the state of California to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a California address. ViX also charges sales tax for New York state, depending on your zip code. International customers are subject to country and region specific customs. These figures, or approximate figures subject to change, will be provided at checkout.
