Designed for women who appreciate beauty, quality and attention to detail, ViX combines the bold sexiness of Brasil with the coastal allure of California. Vibrant colors with unexpected details collide with charming prints and solids to create swim, resortwear and accessories that celebrate the sensuality of a woman’s body. Over the years ViX has mastered the art of tastefully combining exquisite prints and colors with unexpected details. Along with these unique styling choices, exceptional fit became a distinguishing factor of the company. V i X PAULA HERMANNY has grown to be a global brand with over 300 employees, a state of the art manufacturing facility in Brasil and over 8 brick and mortar stores. ViX is sold through thousands of specialty stores and luxury department stores in 28 countries.
Being one of the first to introduce luxury swimwear to women in the US, Paula has been a leader and visionary since the brands inception in 2003. From her humble beginnings, she had always envisioned manufacturing her own collections, opening her own retail stores and having her name be recognized globally. Her determination has allowed her to execute her visions and expose a piece of Brasilian beach culture to the American market. Her own personal style and ambition has given her the natural ability as a creative director. Paula lives her daily life in the spirit of the ViX woman - she loves to travel, read, and exercise. She lives with her family in La Jolla, California and frequents her home in Rio throughout the year.
Paula's travels have exposed her to the many underprivileged, hungry and in some cases forgotten children around the world. She currently sponsors forty children in Brazil, Africa, India and Haiti. Please become a part of this incredible journey of giving back as we open our hearts to children in need, one child at a time.
