    • Current Action: We are engaging with FourSixty to improve these aspects and seeking interim solutions.
  4. Yotpo:
    • Issue: Accessibility issues include content not appropriately marked as headings, unassociated error messages, unmarked visual tables, content overlap in reflow, and incorrect ARIA usage.
    • Current Action: We are in dialogue with Yotpo to enhance their accessibility features.
  5. Boost Commerce:
    • Issue: Accessibility issues include inappropriate use of navigation landmarks, non-semantic content containers, and improperly labeled groups of input elements.
    • Current Action: We are working with Boost Commerce to rectify these issues and exploring temporary fixes.
  6. Swiper JS Library:
    • Issue: Accessibility issues include incorrect names and roles during reflow/resize and the requirement of dragging motions without alternative methods.
    • Current Action: We are collaborating with Swiper JS to improve accessibility and identifying potential alternatives.
  7. Select2 JS Library:
    • Issue: Accessibility issues include form controls with visible labels not properly associated.
    • Current Action: We are addressing these issues with Select2 and seeking interim solutions.
  8. Klaviyo:
    • Issue: Accessibility issues include unassociated error messages, fields requiring specific formats not identified, and input fields with only placeholder text.
    • Current Action: We are working with Klaviyo to resolve these issues.
  9. Gorgias Help Center:

    • Issue: Notifications disappear before user dismissal with no way to adjust display time.

    • Current Action: We are collaborating with Boost to improve accessibility.

    • Issue: Comboboxes have incorrect or missing ARIA roles and attributes.
    • Current Action: We are in discussions with Boost to enhance accessibility.
